Selma Dhaouadi

Selma Dhaouadi has a diverse work experience starting from 2015 to the present.

Selma currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources France at MAPAL Group (fr), where they are responsible for HR strategy, support in labor law, personnel administration, training management, recruitment, employer branding, and more. Selma also manages the HR team in France and is a member of the COMEX France.

Before joining MAPAL Group, Selma worked as a Talent Manager at VALWIN from 2019 to 2022. Selma'sresponsibilities included talent acquisition, HR strategy implementation, school relations, employer branding, talent management, internal communication, office management, and event management. Selma was also a member of the CODIR.

Selma also served as an HR Business Partner at Airbus for a brief period in 2019.

In 2018 and 2019, Selma pursued a double degree and enrolled in Université catholique de l'Ouest, where they completed a Master 2 (M2) in Ingénierie des ressources humaines.
