James Klewin

James Klewin is an accomplished culinary professional currently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage at East Bank Club since July 2024. Previously, James held the position of Senior Director of Culinary Innovation and Executive Chef at Dom's Kitchen & Market from November 2020 to April 2024. James has extensive experience as a Regional Executive Chef at HMSHost from July 2014 to October 2020, overseeing culinary operations for multiple kitchens and generating significant revenue. Prior to that, James was the Executive Chef at Todd English Enterprises, leading operations at Olives restaurants in the Bahamas and Charlestown, MA. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Chef at The Burke Group and holding various culinary roles at Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods Resort Casino. James's culinary journey began with education at Berklee College of Music from 1997 to 1998.
