Stacey Dupre

Chief Officer of Support & Special Projects at East Baton Rouge Parish School System

Stacey Dupre serves as the Chief Officer for Support and Special Projects in the East Baton Rouge Parish School System where she supervises the departments under the Division of Student Support. She is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and a graduate of Glen Oaks High School. During her 30 years as an educator in EBRPSS, she has served as a teacher, school counselor, assistant principal, director, executive director, and chief officer.

Mrs. Dupre holds a Bachelor of General Studies Degree, a Master of Education, and a Education Specialist from Louisiana State University and A & M College. She is certified through the Louisiana State Department of Education in the following areas: Biology, Counselor in Secondary Schools, Guidance Counselor, Provisional Secondary School Principal, Provisional Principal, and Education Leader-Level 3 (Superintendent).

Mrs. Dupre has been recognized as a National Certified Counselor and a National Certified School Counselor by the National Board of Certified Counselors since 2002. She was the first high school counselor in the district to earn this distinction. In 2020, she received her Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
