Yolanda Burnette-Lankford M.ed.

Yolanda Burnette-Lankford M.Ed. has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Yolanda began their career in 2002 as an English AP and Honors Teacher at the East Baton Rouge Parish School System. In 2015, they transitioned to Charter Schools USA, where they served as an Assistant Principal until 2018, and then as a School Principal until 2021. Yolanda currently holds the position of School Principal at the East Baton Rouge Parish School System since July 2021. Additionally, they are also an Author at Austin Macauley Publishers, starting from February 2022.

Yolanda Burnette-Lankford M.Ed. obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge from 1997 to 2001. Yolanda later acquired a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Grand Canyon University. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Louisiana Educational Leader and Secondary English Language Arts Teacher from the Louisiana State Department of Education, obtained in February 2016 and March 2014 respectively.
