Mariela Colmenero

Mariela Colmenero, MSW, ASW, is a dedicated mental health professional currently serving as a Bilingual Mental Health Clinician and Mental Health Rehab Specialist at the East Bay Agency for Children since July 2021. Previously, Mariela worked as a Maternal Child Health Social Work Intern at Kaiser Permanente, a School Counselor with the Oakland Unified School District, and a Bilingual Case Manager at Girls Inc. of Alameda County. Earlier experience includes coordinating an after-school program at Acorn Woodland Elementary. Mariela holds a Master's degree in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, both from California State University - East Bay.
