Paul Smith

Paul Smith has extensive experience in educational and human resources roles. Currently serving as Supervisor of Parent/Caregiver Workshops at Circle of Care - East Bay Agency for Children since January 2017, Paul has previously held positions including School Counseling Intern at McClymonds High School and Longfellow Middle School. Prior experience at the University of California Office of the President included the role of Associate Business Partner in Human Resources. From June 2001 to April 2014, Paul worked at UC Berkeley in various human resources capacities, including Visa and Immigration Coordinator and Human Resources Analyst within the Biosciences Divisional Services. Paul began career work as Executive Assistant to the CEO and Scholarship Liaison at the Every Child Can Learn Foundation. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Science in Counseling from San Francisco State University.
