Ursula McClure

Ursula McClure, M.Div., serves as the Development Coordinator at the East Bay Agency for Children since September 2014, focusing on fundraising, major donor cultivation, and community partnerships. Simultaneously, Ursula has been a Minister at the City of Refuge, United Church of Christ since January 1993, providing spiritual support and congregational care. Ursula also functioned as a Partner at The Family Spirit Center from July 2020 to December 2023, facilitating listening circle sessions for various organizations. Prior experience includes roles as a Mentor Program Specialist at Fighting Back Partnership, where recruitment and advocacy for youth took place, and as a Philanthropy Coordinator at Sutter Solano Medical Center, overseeing the charitable foundation's operations.
