Phung Nguyen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Interim Financial Controller at East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC) since September 2021, Phung previously worked as an Independent Consultant for the Mission Economic Development Agency from October 2020 to August 2021.
