Currently serving as the Director of Individual Giving at East Bay Community Foundation, Shannon has also held roles as an Independent Consultant and as Director of Strategic Partnerships at Mindful Schools. Previous positions include Interim Vice President of Development, Marketing, and Impact at ICA and multiple leadership roles at New Media Ventures, including Managing Director, Vice President of Programs & Partnerships, and Director of Partnerships.
