Ojan Mobedshahi

Ojan Mobedshahi currently serves as Finance Director at East Bay Permanent Real Estate Cooperative since June 2018. Previously, Ojan operated Happy Planet Land Use Consulting as Owner and Designer from July 2017 to February 2022, and held the role of Project Manager at Ashbury General Contracting and Engineering from December 2015 to January 2017, managing residential remodels and a growing development branch. Ojan's earlier experience includes internships and educational roles, such as Land Analyst Intern at Polaris Pacific, Guest Lecturer at Bay Area Water Supply And Conservation Agency, and various teaching and agricultural management positions. Ojan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Pitzer College and is currently pursuing a Master of Real Estate Development + Design at UC Berkeley, set to graduate in May 2026.
