Rebecca Tuden

Rebecca Tuden is an accomplished ecological services manager with extensive experience in environmental policy, watershed protection, and project management. Currently managing programs at the East Bay Regional Park District, Rebecca oversees regulatory permitting for park restoration, water quality management, and integrated pest management. Prior roles include serving as a watershed specialist for the City of Oakland and as an environmental dispute resolution facilitator at CONCUR, Inc., demonstrating expertise in mediating public policy disputes and strategic planning. With a solid background at the US EPA as an environmental protection specialist, Rebecca coordinated complex projects focused on water quality in estuarine environments. Education includes a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA from Tufts University, along with studies at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
