The East Bay Rowing Club was formed in March of 2011 from the ashes of the Jack London Aquatic Center (JLAC) masters rowing program. Through participation in recreational and competitive rowing, the East Bay Rowing Club emphasizes teamwork, water safety and respect for the natural environment of the Oakland Estuary.
