Previously, Steffanie held the position of Strategic Business Advisor at MPowered Capital, focusing on fund launches and operational tasks. Spanning almost three decades, Steffanie's tenure at Värde Partners included roles as Managing Director in both Legal Operations and Investor Services, where operational efficiency and investor relations were prioritized. Additionally, Steffanie co-owned Roets Jordan Brewery, recognized multiple times for excellence in the craft brewing industry, and began the professional journey as an Audit Senior at KPMG. Steffanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from St. Cloud State University.
