Calay Ip

VP & Executive Director, PACE at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center

Calay Ip serves as Vice President and Executive Director of Neighborhood PACE, providing executive leadership to one of the nation’s largest PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) organizations, managing Clinical Operations, Quality and Performance Improvement, and Health Plan Operations. Prior to joining EBNHC, she held the role of Director of Business Strategy for the Senior Products Division at Tufts Health Plan where she led the development of the Senior Products multi-year strategic plan for the Connecticut and Massachusetts markets. At AllWays Health Partners (a member of the Mass General Brigham system), Calay was the Director of the Medicaid ACO. She was responsible for the development and implementation of the Accountable Care Organization in partnership with Lawrence General Hospital, Greater Lawrence Family Health Center, and other independent provider practices. She also spent many years at Boston Medical Center leading and executing large scale transformation initiatives to redesign care for improved outcomes. Calay received her B.S., magna cum laude from Bentley University in Finance and her M.B.A. from Boston University in Health Sector Management.
