Cliff Strout has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as Network Operations Manager and previously as Network Engineer at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center since January 2013. Additionally, Cliff has been the Owner and Chief Consultant at RCS Consulting Services since August 2007, providing strategic IT consulting. Prior to these roles, from May 1995 to May 2012, Cliff held the position of Director of IT Operations at Sonesta International Hotels Corporation. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Electronics Technology and a degree in Computer Maintenance, both obtained from Quinsigamond Community College between 1992 and 1995.
