Dr. Joseph Dulac

Dr. Joseph Dulac, MD, has a diverse medical career spanning over two decades, currently serving as a Family Physician at Lowell General Hospital and as a Pediatrician and Emergency Physician at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center since 2008. Additionally, Dr. Dulac has been a Primary Care Physician at Dracut Family Medicine since 2008 and held a per diem position as an Urgent Care Physician at Circle Health until March 2021. Previously, Dr. Dulac practiced Family Medicine at Wentworth Douglass Hospital from 2000 to 2007, where responsibilities included both inpatient and outpatient care, alongside medical directorship roles. As President of the Massachusetts Medical Society from May 2019 to May 2021, Dr. Dulac promoted community engagement and discussions on implicit bias and healthcare equity.
