Jeffery Schuster

Jeffery Schuster joined EBNHC in 2016 and is responsible for the daily operations of the health center, including EBNHC’s 24/7 Emergency Department and in-house pharmacy program, which was integrated into health center operations in 2020. Before joining EBNHC, Jeff spent 11 years at Boston Medical Center where he held various roles, eventually being promoted to Senior Director of Clinical Operations. In this role, Jeff was responsible for all clinical services, perioperative services, and interpreter services within the medical center, and was responsible for the capital process of clinical operations with a yearly budget of $10 million. Following EBNHC’s merger with South End Community Health Center in July 2020, Jeff has played a key role in the onboarding and continued oversight of South End sites. Jeff holds a master’s degree in health care management from Cambridge College.
