Jenny Cheng

Jenny Cheng has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jenny began their career at Physician Computer Network, where they worked as an Accounts Payable Representative from July 1993 to April 1995. After that, they became a Staff Accountant for one year before being promoted to Senior Accountant, a position they held from June 1996 to May 2000. Jenny then moved on to Cambridge Technology Partners, where they worked as a Financial System Analyst/Senior Accountant from May 2000 until February 2002. Jenny then joined East Boston Neighborhood Health Center, starting as an Application Analyst from April 2002 to May 2003. Jenny was then promoted to IT Manager of Financial Applications and held that position until October 2012. Jenny's most recent role at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center was Director of Financial Applications, where they have been since November 2012.

Jenny Cheng holds an MBA degree in Executive Masters in Business Administration, which they obtained from Northeastern University in 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from UMass Boston in 1993. Jenny also has additional certifications in various healthcare software and systems such as Epic Benefit Engine, Epic Cadence, Epic Prelude, Epic Resolute Professional Billing, Epic Resolute Professional Billing Claims, Epic Tapestry AP Claims and Contracts, and Epic Tapestry Core. Additionally, they have a Geiger Gibson Capstone Fellowship in Community Health Policy and Leadership from George Washington University.
