John Roch

John Roch is an experienced financial manager with a strong background in non-profit organizations. Currently serving as the Business Manager at East Boston Social Centers since April 2009, John oversees finance, facilities, and human resources while collaborating with program directors to maintain efficient internal operations. Previously, John held the position of Finance Manager at Urban Medical Group for one year and served as CFO at United South End Settlement for two decades, managing financial operations for a $3.5 million non-profit. John holds an MBA in Management, Marketing, and Accounting from Babson and UMass Boston and a BA in US History from the College of the Holy Cross.
