Justin Pasquariello

Justin (JP) Pasquariello serves as the Executive Director of East Boston Social Centers since May 2017, leading a multi-service organization dedicated to fostering community and belonging. With extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, Justin has also held significant roles at Silver Lining Mentoring, including Silver Lining Institute Committee Chair, and previously served as Executive Director for Children’s HealthWatch and Adoption & Foster Care Mentoring. Justin's work has focused on improving the lives of vulnerable youth and families, evidenced by noteworthy recognitions such as being named one of Ten Outstanding Young Leaders by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. An author and advocate for community joy, Justin is developing a blog and book on the subject while maintaining various consulting roles and involvement in civic engagement initiatives. Justin has earned degrees from prestigious institutions including Harvard Business School (MBA), Harvard Kennedy School (MPA), and Harvard University (AB in Government).
