Richard Olson

Richard Olson has a diverse and extensive work experience in the banking and finance industry. Richard most recently served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer at East Cambridge Savings Bank starting in 2023. Prior to this role, they held various senior positions at Envision Bank, including Senior Vice President of Retail Banking and Corporate Marketing from 2013 to 2022. Richard also worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston as a Senior Relationship Manager for Financial Institutions in 2013. Before that, they were the Senior Vice President and Director of Consumer & Small Business Banking at Northway Bank from 2007 to 2012. Richard Olson also has experience in entrepreneurship, serving as a co-owner at Express Employment Professionals from 2006 to 2010 and creating the mortgage broker business, Aura Mortgage Advisors, as the President at Boston Community Capital from 2006 to 2007. In addition, they held the position of Consumer Market Executive at Bank of America from 2004 to 2005 and worked as a Market Manager at Fleet Bank from 2000 to 2004.

Richard Olson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Bank Management from Bentley University in 2003.
