Zach Loch

Zach Loch currently serves as Chief Information Officer at East Carolina University, having held various roles since June 2007, including Interim CIO and IT Director for Enterprise Information Systems. In these capacities, Zach provides strategic leadership and oversight to teams managing a range of administrative information systems, including the university’s ERP, Banner, and various other platforms. Prior to this, Zach was a Principal Software Developer at Lockheed Martin, focusing on eBusiness projects for the Environmental Protection Agency, and has held software development positions at East Carolina University and Britthaven Nursing Home. Zach holds an MBA in Business and a BS in Computer Science, both from East Carolina University.
