Currently serving as a NYS Loan Officer at East Coast Capital since April 2020, Stephanie also operates as the Licensed Real Estate Broker-Owner of Giordano Realty Corporation of Long Island, a full-service real estate office since December 2018. Previous roles include a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer at East Coast Funding from July 1996 to February 2022, and an Associate Real Estate Broker at Charles Rutenberg Realty Inc. from May 2012 to December 2018, where a specialization in buyer agency and listing services across New York was developed.
