Max Bell has a diverse work experience based on the following chronological information. In 2015, they worked as a Research and Development Engineer (Co-Op I) at Wright Manufacturing, Inc., improving existing drawings and parts, designing a custom Velke seat, and gaining knowledge of lean manufacturing. From January 2016 to May 2016, Max worked as a Process Improvement Engineer (Co-Op II) at GENCO, A FedEx Company, where they observed and improved packaging processes, conducted time studies, and implemented mechanical and electrical systems. In 2016, Max also worked as a Mechanical Engineering (Co-Op III) at Apex Tool Group, LLC, focusing on work-holding improvement, designing a chain lay system, and creating 3D models for construction. From July 2017 to March 2018, Max worked as a Mechanical Engineer at BW Papersystems, collaborating with vendors and customers to improve parts quality and creating a warranty failure data collection system. Max then joined Terumo Cardiovascular Group in November 2018 as an Engineer I, leading design teams for medical devices, managing an offshore engineering team, and using manufacturing knowledge to improve production yield. Currently, Max works as a Product Development Engineer at ECD Lacrosse, where their responsibilities include developing lacrosse technologies through product design and testing.

Located in Towson MD, they are a manufacturer of high quality lacrosse equipment, designed with and for the games’ most elite players. Their focus is to advance the sport of lacrosse through passion, education, andinnovation. Fast forward six years and they have grown from a two man company operating in the basement of Greg's house, to a 30+ employee company in a 21,000 sq. ft. warehouse. Their elite products include four lines of mesh, three lines of shafts, a best selling head, and the Mint lacrosse ball.
