Michael Kenneally has a diverse work experience. Michael started their career as an Assistant Coach at Baltimore Lacrosse Club Inc in 2011. In 2012, they co-founded ECD Lacrosse and held the position of Vice President / Co-Founder. Additionally, they worked at Kenneally & Company as a Tax Return Preparer from January 2012 to April 2013, where they prepared individual and corporate income tax returns and worked on specialized client projects.

Michael Kenneally pursued their education in a chronological order, starting with Loyola Blakefield from 2002 to 2007, where they did not obtain a specific degree or field of study. Following this, they attended Elizabethtown College from 2007 to 2011, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they enrolled in Towson University and completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Accounting. Additionally, in August 2015, Michael Kenneally obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from AICPA.

ECD Lacrosse was formed in 2011 when twin brothers, Mike and Greg Kenneally, saw an opportunity in the lacrosse mesh market. Located in Towson MD, they are a manufacturer of high quality lacrosse equipment, designed with and for the games’ most elite players. Their focus is to advance the sport of lacrosse through passion, education, andinnovation. Fast forward six years and they have grown from a two man company operating in the basement of Greg's house, to a 30+ employee company in a 21,000 sq. ft. warehouse. Their elite products include four lines of mesh, three lines of shafts, a best selling head, and the Mint lacrosse ball.
