Kenneth L. Johnson

Kenneth L. Johnson currently serves as President & Diversity Consultant at East Coast Executives, where the focus is on innovative executive search and diversity recruitment. As the Founder & Developer of blkbox.tech, Johnson created a Career Consciousness Portal specifically for Black Men, offering resources for professional development, career coaching, and job opportunities. Johnson also hosts the Urban League Jobs Network Digital Career Success Series, aimed at enhancing diverse professionals' skill sets. Additionally, as a Fellow of the CEO Action for Racial Equity, efforts are directed toward addressing systemic racism and promoting public policies benefiting the Black community. Johnson's extensive experience includes organizing TEDxHarlem events, facilitating job readiness workshops, and providing diversity recruitment consulting services. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and has contributed significantly to career development initiatives through various organizations.
