Renee LaVacca possesses extensive experience in financial investigation, customer service, billing, and collections within healthcare settings. Currently serving as a Financial Investigator and Customer Service Representative at East Coast Orthotic & Prosthetic Corporation since April 2014, Renee manages daily operations, coordinates financial assistance, handles insurance authorizations, and oversees collections data. In addition, Renee has been a Billing and Collections Executive at University Orthopaedics, P.C. since July 2009, specializing in insurance appeals and patient payment collections.
