Bob started their career at Seatrade International in 1999, where they served as the Chief Financial Officer for a period of 13 years. In 2012, they joined East Coast Seafood Group as the Chief Operating Officer and later took on the role of Category Management - Vice President. In 2019, they were promoted to Senior Vice President and as of March 2021, they became the Chief Executive Officer of East Coast Seafood Group.
