Bonnie Hardy, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the seafood industry. Bonnie is currently the Chief Operating Officer at East Coast Seafood and previously served as the Director of Operations. At East Coast Seafood, Bonnie contributed to the company's strategic focus on processed seafood and value-added product lines for distribution in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Before joining East Coast Seafood, Bonnie worked as the President of MORE! Foods, a start-up food manufacturer specializing in Jonah crab and lobsters. Bonnie provided co-packing services and served various channels, including food service, wholesale, and retail.
