Bonnie Hardy

Bonnie Hardy, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the seafood industry. Bonnie is currently the Chief Operating Officer at East Coast Seafood and previously served as the Director of Operations. At East Coast Seafood, Bonnie contributed to the company's strategic focus on processed seafood and value-added product lines for distribution in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Before joining East Coast Seafood, Bonnie worked as the President of MORE! Foods, a start-up food manufacturer specializing in Jonah crab and lobsters. Bonnie provided co-packing services and served various channels, including food service, wholesale, and retail.

Bonnie also served as the Chief Operating Officer of The Atlantic Red Crab Co., where they were responsible for directing operations and financial management of a seafood fishing and manufacturing business. Additionally, they have experience as the Senior Vice President at Alder Foods, Inc., optimizing and directing the strategic direction and operations of a worldwide military sales, distribution, and marketing business.

Earlier in their career, Bonnie held significant roles at Slade Gorton & Co, Inc., including Vice President (VP) of Shared Services and Chief Information Officer (CIO), and Vice President (VP) of Technology Solutions and Chief Information Officer (CIO). Bonnie directed strategic plans, implemented supply chain models, and optimized corporate IT systems.

Bonnie's work experience also includes roles at Slade Gorton & Co, Inc., as the Director of Supply Chain Solutions, Accounts Payable Manager, and Logistics Supervisor. In these positions, they demonstrated their ability to manage supply chain operations, generate new revenue streams, and reduce expenses for customers.

With their extensive background in seafood industry operations, strategic planning, and IT management, Bonnie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their role as Chief Operating Officer at East Coast Seafood.

Bonnie Hardy earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northeastern University in 2010. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies in Education at Western Michigan University from 1979 to 1984. In addition to their formal education, Bonnie Hardy also holds several certifications, including the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from APICS, the HACCP Manager Certification from NOAA (National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration), the International Certificate in Business from IPADE Business School in Mexico, and the Systems Practitioner Certification from the Safe Quality Food (SQF) Institute.
