Michelle Bulley, MBA, SPHR, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent position is Chief Human Resources Officer at East Coast Tile since July 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Churchill Downs Incorporated, including Senior Human Resources Leader, Senior Director of Human Resources at Oxford Casino Hotel, and Director of Human Resources at Oxford Casino Hotel. Michelle Bulley earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services from the University of Maine, which they attended from 1995 to 2001.
