Michael Guerra

Michael Guerra possesses over two decades of experience in logistics and retail management. Currently serving as Supervisor of Billing and Collection and formerly as Logistics Coordinator at East Coast Warehouse & Distribution since February 2020, Michael oversees daily planning of approximately 20 LTL and FTL shipments, manages client relations, and collaborates with warehouse management to ensure timely freight shipping. Prior to this role, Michael was a Store Manager at Trans World Entertainment from December 2000 to February 2020, where responsibilities included managing store operations, recruiting and training staff, enhancing sales and profitability, and consistently delivering impressive inventory results over 16 years.
