R Gordon Reffner

R. Gordon Reffner has a diverse work experience, including roles in manufacturing engineering, fabrication, welding, and office administration. R. Gordon currently works as a Manufacturing Engineer/Supervisor at East End Welding LP since May 2021. R. Gordon was previously a master fabricator at Delorean Industries since December 2020. From April 2019 to May 2021, they worked as a robotic weld technician at Northern Stamping INC. In their role as a TIG welder at Stainless Works Inc. from September 2016 to March 2019, they also ran two robots. R. Gordon started their career in office administration as a general office clerk at The Reserve Group from July 2012 to November 2012 and again from May 2014 to July 2015. R. Gordon has also worked in various factory roles at Sharpsville Container Corp. from November 2012 to August 2013, including press line, quality control line, and inventory and factory maintenance. In January 2015, they briefly worked as an aerospace TIG welder at Conquest Industries. Prior to that, in June 2012 to September 2012, they worked as a table busser at Akron Family Restaurant Inc.

R. Gordon Reffner completed their high school education from Hoban High School in 2012. Later, in 2013, they enrolled himself in Stark State College and pursued Welding Technology Certificate, successfully completing it in 2015. R. Gordon has also obtained additional certifications including the Sect IX Asme 6G Pipe Perf. 2" SA106 B Uphill, GTAW, >281" wall from Akron Testing Laboratory and Welding School Ltd in June 2015, and the AWS D1.1 Structural Code from Total Quality Testing, Inc. in July 2014.
