Andrew Spalter has had a varied work experience since 2011. Andrew began as an intern at Signature Hits Magazine in 2011 and Warner Music Group in 2011, followed by a Digital Marketing Intern role at Cornerstone Agency in 2013. Andrew then held a SpotifyU Campus Influencer role at Spotify in 2013, and an A&R Scout (Red Bull Falcon) role at Red Bull Records in 2013. Andrew then moved to Cornerstone Agency in 2014, where they were part of the FARM Team (Field Marketing). In 2015, they were an Artist Management at First Access Entertainment, and in 2016, they were a Project Manager at MDDN. Since 2018, they have been the Founder & CEO of East Goes Global.

Andrew Spalter attended Syracuse University's College of Visual and Performing Arts from 2012 to 2015 as part of The Bandier Program for Recording and Entertainment Industries.
