Fiona Smith

Fiona Smith, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), currently serves as an HR Projects & Payroll Advisor at East Hampshire District Council since November 2023. Prior experience includes leadership roles at The Whiteley Homes Trust, where Fiona held positions such as Head of People, Head of Human Resources, and HR Advisor from November 2016 to November 2023. Additionally, Fiona worked as the Nursing & Care Recruitment Lead at The Children's Trust and as an HR Advisor at Shooting Star Chase, Dairy Crest, and Paragon Community Housing Group, with a career beginning in 2003.
