Jonathan Fleury-Smith

Jonathan Fleury-Smith is an experienced Agile Developer currently employed at East Hampshire District Council since January 2024, following a role as a Forms Developer at Southampton City Council from August 2021 to January 2024. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Director at haptix VR, focusing on the development of hardware and software in the VR industry, including a VR Golf game project in Unity. Jonathan has also worked as a Systems Developer while self-employed, specializing in full stack business solutions, and served as a Systems Analyst/Developer at City College Southampton, leading development on bespoke systems and website CMS projects. As the Founder and Technical Director at Panoramus Ltd, Jonathan created 360 Panoramas and Virtual Tours, and earlier directed the Console Cafe gaming center. Jonathan began a career in systems development at World Class International from 2001 to 2004, armed with a Higher National Diploma in Computing from Solent University and a Minor in Computational Mathematics from St Augustine Technical College.
