Karen Hunter

Karen Hunter serves as the Head of Case Management at Eastleigh Borough Council since February 2019, previously holding the position of Case Services Manager. Prior experience includes roles as a Transformation Consultant at Hampshire County Council from July 2017 to February 2019 and Digital Champion (Agile) at Southampton City Council from September 2012 to July 2017, where expertise in digital transformation and Agile principles was demonstrated. Additionally, Karen managed the Environmental Health, HMO Licensing, and Private Sector Disabled Adaptations Teams, fostering commercial partnerships with other councils. Earlier roles at Southampton City Council included Pollution & Safety Team Leader and Principal Environmental Health Officer, focusing on industrial pollution control and health and safety.
