Max Wide FRSA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformation and innovation within the public sector. Currently serving as a Transformation Advisor for East Hampshire District Council, Max provides strategic guidance to the Senior Leadership Team and oversees a modular learning program. Max is a Fellow of the RSA and has held significant roles including Associate Director at Connected Places Catapult and Associate Partner at EY, where efforts focused on transforming local public services. Previous positions include Director roles at Future Cities Catapult, FutureGov, and Bristol Is Open, as well as Strategic Director at Bristol City Council, managing a large budget and staff. Early career highlights include a Board Director position at iMPOWER, demonstrating success in a challenging market, and Director of Strategic Development at BT Global Services, earning recognition as a leading voice in local government. Max holds a DMOD in Organisational Development from Henley Business School and a degree from the University of Portsmouth.
