Pennie Brown

Pennie Brown serves as the Strategy Manager for Sustainable Growth at East Hampshire District Council since October 2022, and also holds the position of Non Executive Director at EH COMMERCIAL SERVICES LIMITED since July 2021. In addition, Pennie has previously contributed as the Sustainability lead at East Hampshire District Council. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Leadership from the University of Portsmouth, obtained between 2019 and 2021, and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Environmental Science from the University of Plymouth.
