Governance Team

The Governance Team at East House is responsible for overseeing the organization's strategic direction, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, and maintaining accountability to stakeholders. Comprised of a diverse group of board members, including the Chair and Treasurer, the team works collaboratively to guide policy development, monitor financial health, and advocate for the needs of individuals with persistent mental illness and substance use disorders.
