Indranil Biswas

Indranil Biswas has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Indranil is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at East India Pharmaceutical Works Ltd. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager (HR& IR) at Akul Industries Pvt Ltd, where they managed HR, IR, and admin issues for plant operations. Before that, they worked as the Head HR at Oriplast Ltd, handling HR and IR issues at various locations across India. Indranil also has experience as the Manager - HR (East) at Sodexo India Onsite Service Pvt Ltd, Manager (HR & Admin) at Mendine Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd, Assistant Manager (HR) at PEERLESS HOSPITEX HOSPITAL AND RESEARCH CENTER LTD, and Assistant Personnel Officer at Kothari Medical Centre. Indranil started their career as a Co-ordinator HRD(MIS) at Anubhav Foundation and worked as a Marketing Executive at Eastern Diagnostic.

Indranil Biswas has a diverse education history. Indranil completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the National Institute of Personnel Management in 2006. In 2008, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at the Institute of Management and Technology in Gaziabad. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Netaji Nagar College, which they obtained in 2001. Prior to that, they completed their higher secondary education with a focus on Eco-Stat Maths at Bidhan Chandra Institutions in 1998. In 1995, they achieved their ICSE qualification from XS. Recently, in 2020, they further developed their skills and knowledge through short courses. Indranil attended Globsyn Business School to focus on Performance Management and Competency Mapping. Indranil also underwent practical training at the Labour Law Institute, where they gained familiarity with issues pertaining to Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace. Additionally, in 2008-2009, they pursued a PGDHRM (Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management) from the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad.
