Kyle Withers

Kyle Withers is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Engineer III in Project Management at East Kentucky Power Cooperative since October 2025. Prior to this role, Kyle worked as a Senior Project Manager at EnSiteUSA from January 2024 to October 2025 and held various positions at SpaceX, including Lead Engineer and Launch Engineer II, from September 2021 to February 2024. Earlier in the career, Kyle was Chief Estimator and Project Estimator at Churchill McGee, LLC. and worked as a Site Engineer at Gray Construction. Additionally, Kyle gained extensive experience in project engineering through multiple co-op positions at The Walsh Group. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the same institution.
