Robin Hayes has over 20 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Robin served as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at East Kentucky Power Cooperative, where they led financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analytics. Robin provided financial support and leadership to executives and board members, developed annual plans and budgets, and conducted monthly performance reviews. In addition, they maintained a strong internal control and compliance environment and developed budgeting and forecasting tools. Prior to that, they worked at Tennessee Valley Authority as a Senior Program Manager, implementing financial and project management for a billion dollar program. Robin also served as a Strategic Business Unit Controller, providing financial support and preparing annual business plans for different strategic business units. Before that, Robin served as the Back Office Operations Manager at Pinnacle West Capital Corporation and the Energy Marketing Accounting Manager at LG&E and KU.

Robin Hayes CPA, MBA holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Louisville, where the field of study was Business Administration. Furthermore, Robin also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the same institution. Additionally, Robin Hayes holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Kentucky State Board of Accountants.
