Rebecca Folger

Rebecca Folger is a seasoned Technical Officer with extensive experience in food safety and health inspections. Currently serving at East Lindsey District Council since October 2003, Rebecca focuses on food safety inspections, complaint investigations, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Prior experience includes a similar role at West Lancashire Borough Council from October 1994 to August 2003, where routine inspections of food premises were conducted. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Humberside University, a Higher Certificate in Food Premises Inspection from IFST, a Level 3 qualification in First Line Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management, and an Advanced Diploma in Nutrition from the Royal Society for the Promotion of Health.
