Bill Smith

Bill Smith is a Director Of Pharmacy at East Liverpool City Hospital since May 2016. Prior to this, Bill held the same position at Cardinal Health for over 20 years. Bill also has experience as a Staff Pharmacist at Robinson Memorial Hospital. Bill holds a PharmD degree from the University of Florida and a BSPh from Ohio Northern University.
