Sipho Masinga

Sipho Masinga is an experienced Information Technology specialist with a robust background in managing and transforming ICT functions across various organizations. Currently serving as an Information Technology Specialist at the Eastern Cape Rural Development Agency since November 2019, Sipho focuses on networks and information systems transformation. With a notable role as an ICT Strategic Committee Member at the National Metrology Institute of South Africa, Sipho ensures IT strategies align with legislative frameworks and industry best practices. Previous positions include Chief Information Officer at the South African Weather Service, Senior Project Manager at REDISA, as well as various project management roles at Brandhouse Beverages and other companies.
