Eleanor Claire Parkinson is an experienced professional currently serving as Duty Route Manager and Duty Resource Centre Manager at East Midlands Railway since April 2013. Previously, Eleanor was involved in event management, providing operational and logistic advice for a friend's business after a 12-year tenure at British Midland International.
