Linda Jackson

A native of Wilkinson County, Mrs. Jackson has lived in Kemper County for 41 years. She was appointed to the East Mississippi Community College Board of Trustees in 1990. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Education from Jackson State University and, from Mississippi State University, a master’s degree in Education and an Education Specialist degree. Her experience ranges from grades 1-12 and includes elementary education, gifted education, middle school mathematics and computer education. Currently she is principal of Philadelphia High School. She is a member of Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Preston.
