Nikita Ashford-Ashworth

Nikita Ashford-Ashworth, D.M., currently serves as the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Success at East Mississippi Community College, a position held since April 2021, alongside the role of District Director of Advising, Retention, and Student Success. Prior to this, Nikita held the position of Director of Advising and Academic Support at Southwest Tennessee Community College from September 2016 to April 2021. Academic credentials include a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix (2011-2019), a Master of Business Administration from Belhaven University (1997-1999), and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mississippi State University.
