Spencer Broocks

Mr. Broocks is a native of Rankin County, and has lived in Oktibbeha County for 14 years. He was appointed to the EMCC Board of Trustees in 2017. Mr. Broocks graduated from Brandon High School and attended Hinds Community College before receiving his bachelor’s degree in business from Mississippi State University. While attending MSU, Mr. Broocks began his career with Golden Triangle Planning & Development District, serving Choctaw, Clay, Lowndes, Noxubee, Oktibbeha, Webster, and Winston counties, where he currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. He also serves as Treasurer of the Mississippi Beta Housing Corporation for Phi Delta Theta at Mississippi State University. Mr. Broocks attends First United Methodist Church in Starkville.
