Richard Helliwell

Richard Helliwell has extensive work experience in the field of ICT services. Richard started their career at Colchester and East Essex Cooperative Society in 1988, where they worked their way up from a Graduate trainee to the role of ICT Manager. In this role, they were responsible for all IT and Communications for the business. In 2005, they joined East of England Co-operative Society Limited and held various positions, including ICT Services Controller and Head of ICT Services. In these roles, they managed the day-to-day ICT services for the company, covering a wide range of responsibilities such as voice and data infrastructure, applications, and platforms.

Richard Helliwell attended Swansea University from 1983 to 1987, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Geography.
